(4) Candidates must apply for the Communication Big Data Travel Card before 65438+February 1 1 and update it daily. If the big data travel card shows that there are records outside Tianjin on the day of the exam, you must enter the regular test center and the regular examination room with the negative certificate of Tianjin nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the exam.
(4) Candidates are required to log in to the recruitment information network from 65438+February 1 1 every day, enter the postgraduate health monitoring service platform, fill in the pre-test health information and epidemiological questionnaire, and upload real-time screenshots of their Tianjin health code and communication big data travel card.
(5) Candidates who have lived in China before the exam and have lived in China for less than 2 1 day are not allowed to take the exam in regular test sites and formal examination rooms; Those who have spent more than 2 1 day but less than 28 days must hold the certificate of releasing the isolation within 48 hours before the test and the negative certificate of Tianjin nucleic acid test before taking the test in the regular test center and the regular examination room.
3. All candidates in Hebei Province (1) need to apply for the "Hebei Health Code" and "Traffic Big Data Travel Card" in advance, and punch in the health code continuously every day on 14 days before the exam (from February 1 1 day), and keep the health code and travel card in green code.
(2) All students who take the exam in the closed management university test center of our school are required to present the electronic or color printed Hebei Province health code (including communication big data travel card), the candidate's self-commitment letter on health status signed by me, the student's health status certificate issued by our school, valid resident ID card, admission ticket and other five materials within one day before the exam.
(3) Every time all candidates except those listed in Article 2 enter the test center, they must show the electronic or color printed Health Code of Hebei Province (including Communication Big Data Travel Card), the self-commitment letter of the candidates' health status signed by me, and the negative certificate of two nucleic acid tests within 7 days and 48 hours (the calculation time of nucleic acid test within 7 days and 48 hours is subject to the first test, and two nucleic acid tests and samples are required.
(4) According to their own conditions, candidates are required to provide 1 copy of the candidate's health self-commitment letter, the student's health certificate and the negative nucleic acid test certificate. Both originals and copies are acceptable. Please make adequate preparations in advance.
