What does it take to be a high school mental health teacher?

The famous American psychologist Maslow put forward nine standards of mental health:

1, efficiently perceiving reality;

2. Spontaneous but not vulgar;

3. Being able to accept yourself, others and nature;

4. Be independent of its environment and enjoy peace;

5. Pay attention to basic philosophy and moral theory;

6. Always be interested in ordinary things, such as sunrise and sunset, and even daily routine work;

7. Be able to establish deep friendship with a few people and help others enthusiastically;

8. Have a democratic attitude, creative ideas and a sense of humor;

9. Can bear joy and sadness.
