Standard 1: No dandruff visible to the naked eye.
Dandruff is the normal metabolic product of the scalp, the secretion product of keratinocytes shed from the scalp, and contains certain oil. Under normal circumstances, oil can't be seen clearly, but under some stimulation, immature keratinocytes will be produced in large quantities, agglomerate and fall off, forming what we often call dandruff. Therefore, as long as you wash your hair normally for 1-2 days, you can't see dandruff, which is basically normal.
Standard 2: the scalp is relaxed and there is no tension.
Modern people have great pressure in life, nervous, and the scalp is easy to be in a tight state. Scalp tightness generally comes from mental fatigue, lack of sleep, or emotional tension. In short, scalp tension mostly comes from mental stress. As long as the scalp is not tight, pressing the scalp is not particularly sensitive to stimulation.
Standard 3: Not itchy
Scalp itching is also related to dandruff. Scalp itching is caused by the destruction of scalp flora. If left untreated, it will cause imbalance of oil and metabolism, leaving the whole scalp in a state of disorder. Under normal circumstances, the scalp is normal and there is no special itching.
Scalp itching can be treated by using shampoo that regulates scalp oil secretion, such as ketoconazole lotion. Avoid scratching, pay attention to personal hygiene, avoid drinking and avoid spicy food.
Standard 4: Scalp can be kept fresh for a long time.
Many friends will complain that I get greasy just after washing my hair. This is the most typical scalp oily. Only a scalp that can be kept fresh at ordinary times is a healthy scalp.
What are the five major scalp problems?
Generally, besides alopecia caused by alopecia, scar and alopecia areata, other scalp problems are mostly caused by the following five reasons.
1, hormone disorder in the body
The amount of sebum produced by sebaceous glands is mainly determined by heredity, but it will change with the change of androgen level in the body in the later stage. Unstable hormone levels in the body will cause the scalp to produce more oil.
2, fungi, too much dandruff
When the scalp cell layer is seriously damaged, dandruff will recur, and the sparse scalp cell layer is difficult to maintain the health of hair follicles.
3. Seasonal influence
Fungal infection of scalp can cause scalp itching, and it can also be caused by insufficient cleaning or dandruff. Seasonal itching may also be an individual susceptibility problem.
4. The influence of living habits
Bad living habits will also destroy the healthy environment of the scalp, such as eating some irritating food, spicy, polysaccharide, greasy, staying up late, emotional instability and so on. Shampooing may cause scalp sensitivity, occasional rash and tingling.
5. Cumulative damage of external pollution to scalp
Cutaneous chips in scalp, components in sweat and residues of hairdressing products will all endanger the health of scalp.
