You need to apply for early retirement to meet the following conditions:

1. After on-site appraisal by the local labor and social security department, it was judged to be incapable of working.

2. If the payment period exceeds 15 years, the employee shall pay the endowment insurance premium in full in accordance with the relevant provisions during his/her employment.

3. Male teachers over the age of 50 can retire directly, and female teachers over the age of 45 can retire; If you don't meet the age requirements, you can also apply for resignation in advance.

First, the scope of employees applying for sick leave

1. The staff in the establishment who are seriously ill and can't stick to their work can apply for sick leave, and the period of sick leave is one semester or more (the specific time shall be subject to the review by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau). Those who are still working and who are not at work due to illness need to declare again (except maternity leave personnel).

2. If you are hospitalized, you should first approve the hospitalization leave. If you need to continue your vacation after discharge, you should apply for approval according to the procedures.

3. Maternity leave shall be examined and approved according to relevant regulations, and sick leave shall not be examined and approved.

4. Irregular examination and approval of short-term sick leave; If you need to continue to take sick leave after the vacation expires, you must re-apply for approval.

5. After being approved by the people's society, the seriously ill or severely mentally ill patients designated as long-term sick leave do not need to declare every year. If sick leave is only for one semester (half a year) or several months, if it is necessary to take leave according to the change of illness, it must be declared again after the expiration of each leave.

6. The staff who plan to take sick leave for one semester or long-term sick leave must attend centralized examination and approval this time, and all those who have not been examined and approved must return to work.

Article 40 If an employee is dismissed without fault, the employer may terminate the labor contract after notifying the employee in writing 30 days in advance or paying the employee an extra month's salary:

(1) The employee is sick or injured non-work-related, and cannot engage in the original job or other jobs arranged by the employer after the prescribed medical treatment period expires;

(two) the laborer is not competent for the job, and he is still not competent for the job after training or adjusting his post;

(3) The objective conditions on which the labor contract was concluded have changed greatly, which makes it impossible to perform the labor contract, and the employer and the employee cannot reach an agreement on changing the contents of the labor contract through consultation.

Article 42 The employing unit shall not terminate the labor contract in accordance with the provisions of Articles 40 and 41 of this Law if the laborer is under any of the following circumstances:

(1) The worker who is engaged in the operation exposed to occupational hazards fails to undergo the occupational health examination before leaving his post, or the suspected occupational disease patient is in the period of diagnosis or medical observation;

(2) Suffering from occupational diseases or work-related injuries in this unit and being confirmed to have lost or partially lost the ability to work;

(3) Being sick or injured non-work-related, and within the prescribed medical treatment period;

(four) female workers during pregnancy, childbirth and lactation;

(5) Having worked continuously in this unit for fifteen years and being less than five years away from the statutory retirement age;

(6) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
