After hearing health and safety

People nowadays pay more attention to education and children. As a primary school teacher, he has a heavy burden. I work in school for about 10 hours every day, dragging my tired body home, correcting my homework, writing lesson plans and communicating with my parents by phone. I remember when I just graduated, I wanted to make progress as soon as possible because of my lack of experience. After work, go to the toilet, eat, think about how to prepare lessons and how to manage students. The old teachers in the school always say, "Alas, the young female teachers in our school are pink and tender when they come here every morning, but when they come home from work, they become yellow-faced women." Indeed, under the pressure of complex tasks, if teachers do not have a healthy psychology, there will be many problems and mistakes. For example, in class, you get angry for a little thing and punish students who don't meet your wishes at will. Some teachers are puzzled by the unsatisfactory solution of practical problems such as diploma, professional title and income. Although the social status and material treatment of teachers have been greatly improved in recent years, it is far from enviable. Compared with their classmates and friends, many teachers are ashamed of their income and housing, and their hearts are very unbalanced. Therefore, lack of enthusiasm for work, perfunctory. This will seriously affect our education.

After listening to Zhong Zhinong's lecture on mental health education, combined with my own personal experience, I think teachers should strive to achieve the following aspects: 1. Establish a correct educational concept. It is necessary to change the wrong view of teachers' profession. I think teachers have high social status and low economic status, and look down on their profession. In addition, it is necessary to change the view that students are difficult to manage, and regard students' naughty and disciplinary behaviors as parents' spoiled or stubborn nature, rather than occasional mistakes or growing problems, and do not regard students as independent individuals. 2. Self-adjustment and emotional control. Teachers should control their negative emotions in front of students, don't bring frustration into the classroom, and don't vent it on students, otherwise it will hurt students and destroy their image in their minds. Think about whether your behavior is correct before you want to get angry. After work every day, reflect on whether your emotions have affected the teaching or education of your children today. 3. Reasonable venting. If the negative emotions accumulate too much, they can't be properly vented, which will easily lead to physical and mental tension and even illness. Therefore, teachers should choose appropriate time and reasonable way to vent their emotions and seek psychological satisfaction. For example, on weekends, we can invite colleagues or friends to Kara to sing, climb mountains, have tea and chat with each other. 3. Cultivate a healthy and optimistic personality. Due to the particularity of teachers' profession, teachers should have the following good personality characteristics: sociability, helpfulness, strong sense of responsibility, emotional stability, enthusiasm, talkativeness, honesty and credibility, courage to innovate, good at accepting new things, tolerance, self-confidence, diligence and strong will. Find more good role models around you in daily life and try to learn from them.
