The Bluetooth connection status displayed by Glory Bracelet 4 is different from that displayed by Sports Health App. What should I do?

1. Please click "Click Reconnect" on the device details page of Huawei Health App Bracelet.

2. Restart the bracelet and click "Click Reconnect" in Huawei Health App again.

3. Android users: Please make sure that the Bluetooth of the mobile phone system is turned on, then click the bracelet device details page in Huawei Health App, click Unpack, delete the pairing record, and re-select the bracelet connection.

IOS users: Click the device in the lower right corner of Huawei Health App, slide the bracelet icon to the left, and click the delete button; In phone settings > Bluetooth, click the circle with the letter I behind the Bluetooth name of the bracelet that was paired before, click Ignore this device, delete the pairing record and reconnect.

4. If the above methods cannot be solved, please restore the bracelet to the factory settings and re-pair it.
