Fifth, in the past two years, the Baotou municipal government has introduced some local subsidy policies, but due to reasons within our system, they have been frozen and cannot be enjoyed. Sixth, in June 2008, the state adjusted the fiscal and taxation policies for border trade, which increased the cost of enterprises and brought certain influence to enterprises.
