Normal daily affairs

Eat a good breakfast (rich in nutrition and low in fat)

No lunch.

Dinner is mainly liquid food.

Don't eat rice

Eat only white meat, not red meat.

Fruit should only be eaten before 15.

Don't eat after 4~6 pm.

Drinking more water is not suitable for drinking drinks.

Don't sit down for half an hour after supper.

Go to exercise at 6 am and come back for breakfast. Drink only skim milk.

Do indoor exercise before going to bed.

Weigh yourself once a week
