4.65438+From February 22nd, all candidates are required to conduct self-health observation for 14 days before the exam, and report their personal health status and action track daily through the official WeChat account office service-health report of Guangdong Education Examinations Institute. Fresh graduates from schools in the province are responsible for daily temperature measurement, recording and health monitoring from 14 days before the exam. If the monitoring records and body are abnormal, the school will report them in a centralized way; Graduates from schools outside the province and social candidates are declared by the candidates themselves (or their relatives) through the official WeChat account of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute before 13 every day. Candidates who declare as required and find no abnormality can log in to WeChat official account two days before the test (65438+10.3) to print the health declaration voucher, and provide the printed health declaration voucher to the test center staff for verification when they enter the test center on the day of the test. Candidates who fail to declare as required must provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the exam. If the epidemic prevention and control requires other candidates to provide negative proof of nucleic acid test, they will be notified by the official website of the Provincial Examinations Institute and the reserved mobile phone (SMS) when the candidates register.
Second, the examination implementation
(1) Admission, waiting and examination of candidates
1. Starting from 60 minutes before the exam (larger test sites can be advanced), the test sites will organize candidates to enter the venue in an orderly manner along the temperature detection channel, keeping an interval. The staff responsible for temperature measurement at the entrance of the test center should wear disposable medical masks and gloves. All candidates are required to wear masks, check their body temperature one by one, and check the admission ticket and ID card. Candidates with temporarily abnormal body temperature can review and evaluate in the temporary observation area according to the guidance of medical and health professionals, and then do the next step. Fever candidates with admission ticket, ID card and negative proof of nucleic acid detection, after passing the assessment by health professionals, will be guided by a special person to go to the standby isolation examination room. The temperature detection channel at the entrance of the test center mainly checks the physical health of the candidates, and configures a sufficient number of detection equipment and staff according to the size of the candidates. In the same temperature detection channel, two people should be arranged to detect the examinee's body temperature and examine the examinee's certificate respectively, so as to ensure the rapid and accurate detection and avoid a large number of candidates gathering outside the test center.
2. Candidates and examination staff should use quick-drying hand disinfectant to disinfect or wash their hands before entering the examination room.
Candidates in low-risk areas should wear masks before entering the examination room. After entering the examination room, candidates can decide whether to continue wearing it. Candidates in non-low-risk areas and spare isolation examination rooms should always wear masks.
4. Candidates need to take off their masks during identity verification, and their identity verification shall not be affected by wearing masks.
(2) Inspection arrangement of standby isolation examination room
1. Those who have respiratory symptoms such as fever and cough on the day of the exam must be arranged to take the exam in the spare isolation examination room.
Candidates must disinfect their hands with quick-drying hand disinfectant before entering the examination room, and candidates should always wear masks during the examination.
(3) The exam is over.
Candidates should leave in an orderly manner according to the instructions of the invigilator when they leave. They should not be crowded and keep the distance between people. Test sites can arrange for each test site to leave at the wrong peak.
Third, the handling of abnormal situations
1. High-risk candidates such as confirmed cases, asymptomatic infected persons, suspected patients, and close contacts of confirmed cases are arranged to take the test at isolated test sites.
2. Candidates who have suspicious symptoms within 0/4 days before the test, have been to middle and high-risk areas or have a red and yellow Yuekang code, have a negative nucleic acid test certificate or can take the test after being evaluated by the health and epidemic prevention personnel of the test center, candidates with normal body temperature will be arranged to take the test in the standby examination room, and candidates with fever reaching (or exceeding) 37.3℃ will be arranged to take the test in the standby isolation examination room.
3. During the examination, if suspicious symptoms are found, medical and health professionals will conduct case studies. Candidates who have the conditions to continue to complete the exam should be arranged to take the exam in the spare isolation examination room. The time delayed due to the transfer of candidates from the general examination room to the standby isolation examination room shall be filled after approval by the provincial education examination institute. At the end of the subject examination, the professionals in charge of judgment will give a simple explanation to all candidates on the spot to avoid other candidates' panic.
If suspected cases in COVID-19 are found, relevant candidates should be isolated on the spot, other candidates should be evacuated and registered in an orderly manner, and the CDC should be assisted to identify close contacts and implement isolation measures. Test sites should contact medical institutions in time and send suspected cases to hospital for treatment. Disinfect the relevant environment under the guidance of local disease control institutions.
