There are many ways to do it. I made a simple one today (it's easier to use a microwave oven, hehe).
Ingredients: dried vermicelli, minced meat, soup stock 200g (or replaced by water), bean paste, minced garlic, cooking wine and soy sauce, chopped green onion and Jiang Mo, sugar and monosodium glutamate (pepper powder).

1。 Soak vermicelli in boiling water until soft, and drain for later use. (*: You'd better cut the vermicelli before soaking, because it's too long to fry)
2。 Hot oil pan, stir-fry minced meat over high fire; Stir-fry until dry, add bean paste, Jiang Mo and garlic, and stir-fry slightly.
3。 Add fresh soup, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce and cooking wine, add vermicelli, cook the soup for a while, sprinkle with chopped green onion (and pepper powder) and take it out.
I didn't use broth this time, so I used water:)
