Or, the palms of both hands are covered with a nipple respectively, and the five fingers are radially pressed on the bottom of the breast and pulled in the direction of the nipple, and repeated for more than 30 times.
(2) Cover the breast with both hands and draw a circle clockwise at the bottom of the breast with the nipple as the center. Draw with a little force and repeat for more than 30 times. After completion, draw a circle counterclockwise and repeat it for more than 30 times.
(3) Draw a circle from the top of the breast to the bottom of the breast with the index finger, middle finger and ring finger. When you return to the top of the breast, don't stop, push up to the clavicle and repeat 30 times.
3, bath massage
(1). When taking a bath, use the shower to wash warm water or cold water alternately from bottom to top to stimulate the chest.
(2) After washing, when the body is slightly hot, apply moisturizing lotion and massage the chest.
(3) Around the breast, draw a small circle for spiral massage. Each action is repeated 10 times.
This method is a common way to rub the chest. First, take off your bra and press slowly around your breast with your index finger. At this time, the breast will rebound gently, the finger will be lifted up, and then gently pressed. Repeat this several times, then the fatigue of the chest can be effectively alleviated.
