Common sense of myopia that everyone should know.
Mild myopia is harmless. Be sure to prevent high myopia (above 600 degrees). From quantitative change to qualitative change, the eyeball with high myopia will protrude obviously, and pathological changes may occur, such as vitreous opacity, glaucoma, retinal detachment and so on. There is even a risk of blindness (low probability can be treated).
The correct way is:
Wear glasses after true myopia. People who don't wear glasses often rely on excessive squinting to improve their eyesight, and the eyeball is prone to pathological changes when squeezed for a long time.
② After wearing glasses, you should still strictly protect your eyes: reduce the frequency of using your eyes at close range. Indoor vision is small, try to do outdoor activities as much as possible, and look farther.
