(eighteen) the civil affairs department is responsible for the safety supervision and management of social welfare service institutions such as rescue, pension, child welfare and funeral services.
(19) The judicial administrative department is responsible for the safety management of prisons and drug rehabilitation places in the judicial administrative system, for incorporating laws and regulations on safety in production into the citizens' legal popularization plan, and for widely publicizing and popularizing the knowledge of laws and regulations on safety in production in conjunction with relevant competent departments.
