5. Love others

People who are mentally unhealthy will be self-centered and concentrate all their thoughts on themselves. The environment always makes them feel dissatisfied, so they will appear, disappointed and anxious, and have conflicts with others. Mentally healthy people will help and care for others, will be busy with other people's affairs, and often enter the point of forgetting themselves.
