The main responsibilities of the leading group and office of party building work:
1. Earnestly implement the regulations of party constitution, complete the tasks of Party building assigned by superiors, and do a good job in overall planning of Party building.
2. Listen to the report on grass-roots party building work, study the important issues of grass-roots party building work, and guide and supervise the completion of various tasks of party building.
3. Establish and improve the Party's grass-roots organizations, expand the coverage of the Party's work, and lead and guide the grass-roots party organizations to carry out their work effectively.
4. Strengthen the team building in party member, guide grass-roots party organizations to do a good job in developing party member, strengthen education, management, supervision and service to party member, guide party member to consciously fulfill its obligations, and ensure party member to fully exercise its rights.
5. Caring for grassroots party cadres, providing necessary conditions for grassroots party organizations to carry out their work, and understanding the actual supervision of grassroots party building work.
