(1) took the lead in entering dermatology in Xinjiang;

1992, on the basis of learning and understanding the advanced experience at home and abroad, he took the lead in treating diseases with ineffective or poor curative effect by surgery in Xinjiang, greatly improving the cure rate and relieving the pain of patients. It has had a certain impact in Xinjiang. Xinjiang Dermatology Annual Conference was held in Urumqi for decades, and it was held in Karamay for the first time in 2005, which was a great success. Therefore, he was elected as the national member of the Dermatology Branch of Chinese Medical Association and the deputy director of the Dermatology Branch of Xinjiang Medical Association. He is the only winner of the nomination award for outstanding young and middle-aged doctors in Xinjiang at the annual meeting of national doctors.

(2) The department discovered new diseases for the first time in China:

From 1990 to 1997, together with the former director, some unheard-of skin diseases were discovered one after another, and as an opportunity, the epidemiological investigation and analysis of cutaneous leishmaniasis in Xinjiang were carried out. Epidemiological investigation was carried out in Xiaoguai and Wuerhe areas, and reported to Xinjiang Institute of Endemic Diseases and Shanghai Institute of Parasitology for cooperative research. Finally, it was identified by the British Institute of Tropical Diseases and found to be a new subtype of cutaneous leishmaniasis. Effective treatment measures have been taken to prevent the spread of the disease, rewrite the conclusion that there is no cutaneous leishmaniasis in Xinjiang in textbooks, and fill a gap in dermatology teaching.

(3) Successful treatment of internationally recognized refractory dermatosis scleroderma;

Scleroderma is a kind of skin disease with facial or systemic sclerosis, which seriously affects work and health. At present, there is no effective drug treatment at home and abroad. Fan Li used his theoretical knowledge to study Celastrus orbiculatus, a unique wild plant in Xinjiang. He personally picked Celastrus orbiculatus in the hot Gobi Desert, processed it himself and conducted animal experiments. On the basis of successful animal experiments, he entrusted Xinjiang Institute of Medicine to conduct pharmacology, pharmacokinetics and toxicology research. It took four years to develop a new drug for the treatment of scleroderma-Chuiguoteng Ointment, and obtained the drug license issued by the Food and Drug Administration of the autonomous region, obtained the national invention patent, and possessed independent intellectual property rights. The clinical effect is remarkable, and it has been praised by peers. Patients from all over the country have called to buy medicine.

(4) Give full play to the role of academic leaders and actively develop the construction department;

The dermatology department with 7 medical staff and only 1 clinic has developed into a comprehensive dermatology department with 20 medical staff and 20 beds, including specialist outpatient department, physical and chemical treatment center, laser photon therapy department, dermatology department, dermatology department and dermatology laboratory, and has become a comprehensive dermatology department with millions of medical equipment.
