According to the spirit of the company's documents, on the one hand, it pays attention to the treatment plan after the accident, on the other hand, it emphasizes the preventive measures before the accident. We listed all kinds of possible accidents, and then formulated preventive measures and submitted them to the branch for review. The materials that have been accepted and put into storage are often stored in the waiting area for a long time, and the accounts on the third floor do not match, which often leads to the situation of looking for materials everywhere.

(2) The materials in the area to be inspected were not carefully checked. For materials with intact strips, the inspector will not open the inspection when he is busy, and the lack of materials will only be found on the production line.

(3) Real-time accounting is poor. At present, there are five directly affiliated warehouse keepers, each of whom has a separate account book to keep accounts, while the manufacturing of picking lists usually involves all warehouse keepers, and each picking list may include four picking lists, which will only be handed over to the bookkeeper for keeping accounts after they are all completed. In this case, it is difficult to feed back the book data to the real-time inventory.

(4) The rules for placing materials are not clear. There has been no clear material placement principle, and the project stacking implementation is not thorough. Whether the materials are put on the shelves or not is decided by the warehouse managers.

(5) There is no one-to-one correspondence between the material code of the warehouse and the material number of the R&D department.

3. According to the special statistics these days, there are more than 600 materials in the warehouse that cannot be determined by the R&D department, which needs the assistance of the R&D department, and the workload will be great. The goal of warehouse management:
