Production technology of Vinson aerated red grape juice
Grape juice is sometimes sweetened as a non-alcoholic beverage. Preserving grape juice requires pasteurization, because untreated juice often contains yeast naturally on grapes, which will naturally ferment to produce alcohol.
Choose grapes with large particles, strong color, full maturity and no pests and diseases, wash them with clear water, remove the fruit stalks, put them in a clean aluminum pot, and crush them one by one by hand or with a flat-bottomed tea jar.
Add 200-300g of white sugar to each kilogram of grape juice, stir evenly, and put it on fire for 80-85 degrees to sterilize for 20 minutes. When sterilizing, put the bottle used to hold grape juice in another pot for sterilization. Sterilize the fruit juice, bottle it while it is hot, tighten the bottle cap, soak it in water at 80℃ for 20 minutes, take it out and naturally cool it.
