Confirm the departure airport in advance and arrive at the airport 2 hours before the departure time.
After entering the customs hall, you can find the check-in counter of your airline according to the sign, check in, check your luggage and get your boarding pass.
After completing the formalities, take your hand luggage, show your passport and accept the customs security check. Please fill in the exit card first, pay attention to the items to be declared, and then accept the customs security check. According to flight safety requirements, inflammable and explosive articles such as drinks, wine, sharp tools, hair gel, lighters and inflatable bottles are not allowed to be carried in hand luggage. Please put this item in the checked baggage.

During the flight, the flight attendant will issue the passenger card of the Korean Entry Card and the passenger declaration. Please fill it out carefully in advance. Regarding the declaration of carrying currency, the entry-exit inspectors in South Korea will not verify on the spot whether the figures you fill in are consistent with the actual cash you carry, and you declare them on your own initiative. Generally, it is advisable to fill in cash within 20,000 RMB.
If you are not sure which items need to be declared, please consult the customs staff after getting off the plane.
The flight time from China to Korea is about 2 hours. Please observe the rules and regulations of the airline during the flight.
Warning: Don't accept gifts from strangers and help strangers with their luggage when traveling.
Three. Entry precautions
1. Customs inspection of entry documents
After you get off the plane, you go to the immigration clearance first. Entry clearance channels are divided into foreigners' channels and Koreans' channels, where customs identity documents are checked. Passport, entry card and other relevant documents are required for the exam (foreigners' landing card is required for re-entry). Be careful not to take pictures, eat, wear hats and sunglasses during review.
2. Pick up luggage and collect it
After passing the inspection, according to the sign on the baggage guide board, confirm which conveyor belt the baggage of the flight is on, and then pick up the checked baggage at the designated place in the luggage hall. If the baggage is lost, you can report it to the baggage loss reporting office at the airport and leave your contact information so that the airport personnel can return the baggage in time after finding it.
3. Customs quarantine of luggage and articles
Pay attention to fill in the entry declaration form carefully, declare it truthfully and accept the inspection. All items worth 5000 yuan need to be declared, and undeclared items need to be taxed, such as perfume, jewelry, watches and gifts. Generally, the chances of letting you open your luggage for inspection are very small, but it is possible. When you pick up your luggage, there is a big plastic lock on it, which means you are suspected of carrying prohibited items. If this happens, don't be nervous and accept the unpacking inspection honestly.
4. Pick up the plane and arrive at the lobby
After picking up your luggage, someone from the school will pick you up at the exit, waiting for you with a card with your name on it or a banner with the name of the school.

First, the certificate inspection
After getting off the plane, the first thing you have to do is to follow you to the special entry port for foreigners, cross the special passage for foreigners and check your personal documents.
You need to show not only your passport and visa, but also the entry card filled out on the plane. If it is not filled in, it needs to be filled in at the inspection port and submitted for inspection.
Second, pack your bags.
After checking the documents, you can pick up your luggage at the baggage claim area. Don't run around. First, on the LED screen in the lobby, see which conveyor belt your luggage is on, and then follow the instructions to the baggage hall.
Generally, it takes some time for luggage to be transported from the plane to the conveyor belt. Don't worry, wait patiently for your suitcase. When you get the postscript, you must check the integrity first. If there is any damage, claim for compensation.
Third, baggage inspection.
After getting the luggage, the customs also needs to check the luggage, mainly to check whether there are contraband. Generally, you don't have to worry, because there is a baggage inspection section when you go through customs, so there is basically no problem, just a routine inspection.
Fourth, the school picks up the plane
Within one week before the start of school, the school will arrange a special person to attend classes. Generally, at the exit of the airport, you will see the school sign, so you can follow the staff.
If there are other arrangements, such as renting a house off campus, you can take a bus to stay without following the airport.
Extended Reading: Safety Precautions for Korean Students
1. After registering in Korean universities and colleges, students should immediately report to the academic guidance professor or the foreign exchange office. In order to put yourself on the help list of schoolwork, environmental adaptation consultation and emergencies. And leave their relatives and friends in South Korea and China's family phone number and other contact information, pay attention to update in time when changes.
2. After entering a Korean university, report to the China Study Association of the school. In order to get help to adapt to life as soon as possible. Manage your property carefully and try to avoid exposing your money, things, etc. Give it to others so as not to be coveted by gangsters.
Being in a foreign land, you should understand that you are academic-oriented, modest and pragmatic, and do as the Romans do. Always pay attention to your own safety. In case of emergency, immediately contact the guidance professor, overseas student consultant, China Overseas Students Association and China Embassy in South Korea.
When students are away from home, they must buy medical and health insurance, whether during the semester or during the holidays. Most Korean universities have health insurance.
5. Family safety. Do not open the door at home. If you meet a stranger or claim to repair the telephone or water pipe, even if you have an appointment, ask the visitor to confirm before opening the door. What if it's a salesman? You can politely refuse. Don't let your guard down just because the newcomer is a woman. If outsiders are invited to repair things at home, friends will accompany them, or neighbors and landlords will be informed. Before going out to sleep at night, check whether the * switch and all doors and windows are locked. When you encounter a suspicious person, car or situation, you should inform the police, and don't be curious to intervene. If the key is lost, the owner of the secondary key should be informed as soon as possible, and the landlord should be asked to replace the new lock as appropriate. Important documents should be copied and kept, and certificates and credit card numbers should be recorded separately. Generally, credit card companies have departments to report the loss. Write down the phone number. If you accidentally lose it, you should call to report it immediately. You should get into the habit of locking the door with your key when you go out, even if you are taking a walk or taking out the garbage. If you live in a building, the stairwell is generally hidden, so try to use the elevator. If you need to go in and out of buildings frequently, you should be familiar with the terrain and the location of safety measures. When a person is at home, lock the door after going in and check whether there is anyone in the house. If you need to go out, lock the door even if you return for a short time. If you find the passengers suspicious before entering the elevator, don't enter. If women take the elevator alone, they should be close to the control panel. If there are suspicious people in the elevator, leave immediately. You might as well make a tour before using the bathroom, especially in a strange place. Women should go together, or let men wait outside the door.
6. Travel safety. Take the subway, remember the route and transfer place in advance before going out, and bring a map. Pay attention to the urgent need of this map, which is hung in the subway station and carriage. Therefore, unless absolutely necessary, never open the map in the carriage and street for research. When boarding during off-peak hours, you can wait in the off-peak waiting area. Don't get too close to the edge when waiting for the bus. In many countries, many passengers have been pushed off the platform by mentally abnormal people, so we should always pay attention to it. Don't take an empty bus. Try not to take the subway too early or too late. If necessary, consider taking a taxi and write down the car number. Avoid eye contact with other people in the car, so as not to be considered malicious (such as discrimination, etc.). ) and get into trouble.
7. Travel safely. When you first arrive in a different place, you should be familiar with the places you often need to go in and out and their surrounding environment as soon as possible to avoid involving unsafe areas. If you go to a place for the first time, you should know or ask your friends about it in advance. Unfortunately, if you get lost, don't panic and try to be calm. I only have a little cash on me. Although some emergency calls are free, I still have to prepare enough copper coins to call my friends for help in an emergency. Files should be kept in inconspicuous places such as inner pockets, and cash should be kept open. If you go sightseeing in a big city, put your camera and video camera in your backpack. Don't look at the map while walking. When traveling at night, walk on the streets with many pedestrians and sufficient lighting, and avoid taking dark lanes. Beware of strangers asking for directions and keep your distance from them. When you meet a stranger, you can ignore it, pretend that you don't understand the local language, and walk away calmly, but on the principle of not angering the other person.
When you return to your residence at night, you should prepare the key before you arrive at your residence, enter the house in the shortest time, and always pay attention to whether anyone is following or hiding in a dead corner near your residence. If there is any suspicious phenomenon, don't enter the house and notify the police.
8. Shopping safety. Always pay attention to whether there are suspicious people around you following or paying attention to you. Don't expose your money. Men should put small bills and large bills in two pockets. Remember to take back your credit cards after you use them. Don't take out all your credit cards at the same time. Beware of pickpockets, especially in elevators and revolving doors. Be careful when dealing with street vendors, and beware of those who take the initiative to serve you in the street. The suitcase and wallet never leave.
9. Fire safety. Prevention: Do not pile up flammable items. Don't block the escape exit, and the windows should be easy to open and close. Know the escape route, stairs, exits, etc. Near the residence in advance. And make sure it's not used for stacking things. Ask the landlord to install an oil smoke alarm and check whether the wires of household appliances are broken. Stove, wok and oil fume outlet should be protected from oil pollution. Avoid using candles. The kitchen should be equipped with fire extinguishers and know how to use them. Post the telephone numbers of the fire brigade and police station near the residential telephone. If there is a fire, trigger the alarm, wake up all residents and call the police immediately. Leave from the nearest exit as soon as possible. Pull up the fire alarm box in the street and wait for the firemen. In case the exit is blocked by fire or smoke, stay in the room and close the door. Only by closing the door of the corridor can we open the window of the room to let fresh air circulate and stay by the window waiting for rescue.
