Blue risk includes five-level risk and four-level risk; Yellow risk is level 3 risk, and moderate risk needs to be controlled and rectified; Orange risk, secondary risk, high risk and major risk must be controlled and managed; Red risk, the first-class risk is unacceptable, the risk is huge and extremely dangerous, and it must be rectified immediately, and the operation cannot be continued.
The basic principles of risk classification control are: the greater the risk, the higher the control level; The superior is responsible for controlling risks, and the subordinate must be responsible for controlling and gradually implementing specific measures.
Safety risk classification control refers to the measures and regulations adopted by identifying dangerous and harmful factors existing in production and business activities, using qualitative or quantitative statistical analysis methods to determine their risk severity, and then determining the priority of risk control and risk control measures, so as to improve the safety production environment and reduce and eliminate safety production accidents.
What risk control measures are there?
1, which is to conduct risk point investigation. Organize the investigation of risk points in the whole process of production and operation, focusing on the investigation of equipment, facilities, parts, places, areas and related operation activities such as production technology and flow, inflammable, explosive, toxic and harmful production and operation sites and limited working space;
2. Identify risk factors. Select appropriate analysis and identification methods for the identified risk points to identify risk factors, and make clear the possible unsafe behaviors, unsafe states, management defects and environmental impact factors;
3. Risk assessment and classification. According to the identification of risk factors, the risk points are evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively, and the risk levels are divided into major risk, large risk, general risk and low risk;
4, is the determination of major risks and greater risks. In the event of death, serious injury or heavy property loss, the conditions for the accident still exist, involving major hazard sources and other risk points, which shall be deemed as major risks. More than 65,438 people have been slightly injured, less than 3 people have been slightly injured, the accident conditions still exist, there are risk factors such as poisoning, explosion, fire, etc., and the risk points with more than 3 workers but less than 10 at the same operation time should be considered as greater risks.

Article 17 of the Measures for the Administration of Ecological Environment Standards
To formulate the standards of eco-environmental risk management and control, we should distinguish different protection objects and functions according to the research results of environmental pollution, public health risk, eco-environmental risk, environmental background value and eco-environmental benchmark, and determine the requirements of risk management and control scientifically and reasonably.
