Ministry of Transport: Expressway service areas and toll stations shall not be closed without authorization.

Car change news? A few days ago, we learned from the official channel of the Ministry of Transport that on June 26th, 65438, the Ministry of Transport issued the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Epidemic in Expressway Service Areas and Toll Stations", clearly stating that expressway service areas (including parking areas, the same below) and toll stations should remain open for operation and should not be closed without approval. At the same time, the requirements for epidemic prevention and control in specific places such as expressway service areas and toll stations have been refined.

Outdoor square of expressway service area

Vehicles are parked in different areas, and parking areas for vehicles in high and medium risk areas and cold chain logistics vehicles are set up in conditional service areas.

If quarantine checkpoints need to be set up in the service area due to epidemic prevention and control, the site setting should be optimized, traffic organization should be strengthened, traffic flow should be avoided, and parking lot congestion should be reduced.

Gas stations should minimize self-service refueling services, avoid drivers and passengers getting off and walking around, and speed up walking.

Set up a special recycling bin for discarded masks, classify and manage the remaining garbage, store it at designated points, and remove it in time to keep the area around the temporary garbage storage area clean.

Disinfect the site regularly, and appropriately increase the disinfection frequency of vehicles and cold chain logistics vehicle parking areas, garbage temporary storage areas and self-service refueling facilities in high and medium risk areas.

Highway service area comprehensive building

Where conditions permit, public toilets should be separated from restaurants, convenience stores and other business areas to reduce the gathering of people. If the bathroom is set up independently of the comprehensive building, ventilation and disinfection should be strengthened, and drivers and passengers can only enter after measuring their body temperature and wearing masks. Ensure the normal operation of water supply facilities such as toilet faucets, and provide hand sanitizer and hands-free disinfectant for drivers and passengers if possible.

Set up an exit and an entrance (passage) respectively, and arrange a special person to measure the body temperature and check the health code (health certificate). Those with abnormal body temperature or health code do not wear masks, and those who refuse to provide health code (health certificate) refuse to enter the comprehensive building.

Optimize inspection services, improve inspection efficiency, and provide services such as checking health codes and helping to fill in information for the elderly and children who can't use or don't have smart phones.

Select a suitable area to set up a temporary isolation zone, and immediately hand over the drivers and passengers whose body temperature is higher than 37.3℃ or have vomiting, fatigue and diarrhea symptoms to the local health department.

Control the number of people entering the complex building reasonably, reduce the waiting time in line, set "1 rice noodle" and strengthen indoor ventilation. Public goods and facilities are cleaned and disinfected regularly.

In high and medium risk areas, except for public toilets, boiled water rooms, convenience stores and energy supply stations, other business formats should be temporarily closed, and restaurants with normal business should only provide packaged take-away services. In low-risk areas, the number of people eating should be controlled.

Non-contact scanning code payment is recommended.

Toll booth of expressway toll station

Disinfect the recovered and stored toll road traffic media. Chargers should wear masks, gloves and other protective articles as required during receiving and sending.

The inspection of transport vehicles for fresh agricultural products shall be carried out by a special person, and the on-site protection and disinfection of inspection personnel and equipment shall be done well.

Internal control management

Before the specified isolation period expires and the health examination is qualified, employees with a history of living or close contact in high and medium risk areas shall not be recalled to return to work. Establish employee health monitoring system, and put an end to taking up posts in spite of illness.

Employees should eat separately, encourage wrong meals and packaged meals, and try to use disposable tableware.

Strengthen the pre-job training of employees, arrange special personnel for regular disinfection, and strengthen the reserve of materials for epidemic prevention and control.
