Hainan Veterans Service Association (hereinafter referred to as Military Uniforms Association) is a social security service research group, which is an innovative service platform for the integration of production and education for retired military personnel in China, jointly established by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Emergency Support and the Ministry of Veterans Affairs. In order to adapt to the transformation practice of the project results, it was jointly initiated by large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises such as China Construction Group Corporation, China Railway Group Corporation, China Ocean Development Foundation, China Big Health Industry Fund, Zhongju Capital, Nanyue Fund, Tiqi Jinkong, Ziguang Intelligent Group Company and Zhuorui Education Investment Company, as well as units and individuals interested in providing services for veterans' security inside and outside Hainan Province. With the approval of Hainan Provincial Civil Affairs Department, it was led by Hainan Provincial Veterans Affairs Department, and the Military Uniforms Association did not charge any fees to its members. Through effective integration of external resources, voluntary donations from enterprises and individuals, socialized operation, etc. Relying on the lifelong support base for retired soldiers, military uniform foundation and entrepreneurial service, the industrial support system for self-hematopoietic function of retired soldiers in Hainan Province is constructed.
