A, several types of high temperature operation:
1, high temperature and strong thermal radiation operation: characterized by high temperature, high thermal radiation intensity and low relative humidity, forming a dry and hot environment. These workplaces have strong radiant heat sources, and the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor can reach above 10℃, and convection heat and radiant heat act on human body.
2. High temperature and high humidity operation: The meteorological characteristics of this kind of operation environment are high air temperature and humidity, but weak thermal radiation. It is mainly due to the large amount of water vapor produced in the production process or the requirement to maintain a high relative humidity in the workshop during production.
3. Open-air operations in summer: Open-air operations such as construction and transportation are not only affected by solar radiation, but also receive radiant heat from heated ground and surrounding objects.
Second, the high temperature weather labor protection measures
1, the daily maximum temperature reaches above 40℃, and outdoor operation should be stopped on that day;
2. When the daily maximum temperature reaches 37℃ or above and 40℃ or below, the enterprise shall arrange outdoor work for workers for a total of no more than 6 hours, and the continuous working time shall not exceed the national regulations (that is, 20 minutes for heavy manual labor, 30 minutes for moderate manual labor and 40 minutes for light manual labor), and outdoor work shall not be arranged within 3 hours of the maximum temperature; When the daily maximum temperature reaches above 35℃ and below 37℃, the enterprise shall rest in shifts, shorten the continuous working hours of workers, and shall not arrange outdoor workers to work overtime;
3. Enterprises shall not arrange pregnant female workers and underage workers to engage in outdoor open-air operations and workplace operations with temperatures above 33℃ during high temperature weather above 35℃, so as to ensure the health and life safety of workers.
Legal basis: management measures for heatstroke prevention and cooling measures
Article 1 This Law is formulated in accordance with the provisions of People's Republic of China (PRC) Law on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases, People's Republic of China (PRC) Law on Work Safety, People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Law, People's Republic of China (PRC) Trade Union Law and other relevant laws and administrative regulations in order to strengthen the labor protection of high-temperature operations and high-temperature weather operations and safeguard the health and related rights and interests of workers.
Article 2 These Measures shall apply to enterprises, institutions, individual economic organizations and other employing units that have high-temperature operations and arrange workers to work during high-temperature weather.
