In order to celebrate the Spring Festival of the Year of the Ox and better meet the needs of the audience, Sichuan Museum will continue to open during the 20021Spring Festival. The opening hours are now announced as follows.
After the Spring Festival holiday, our hospital resumed normal opening.
Open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00- 17:00 (admission is closed at 16: 00); Closed on Mondays (except statutory holidays).

If you have a visit plan, please try to make an appointment in the real-name registration system through the official account of "Sichuan Museum" WeChat. Unscheduled visitors must show valid personal identification.
Visitors must show their reservation code or valid personal identification when entering the venue, and cooperate with the on-site staff to check the health code of Sichuan Tianfu Health Link, measure their body temperature and scan the venue code. During the Spring Festival, the exhibition "The Mountain is as high as a Millennium-Culture and Communication on the Silk Road" exhibited 294 pieces (sets) of fine cultural relics from Pingshan Yuguo Silk Road Art Museum, Shaanxi History Museum, Gansu Provincial Museum, Qinghai Provincial Museum, xi 'an Museum, Turpan Museum and Sichuan Museum, showing colorful regional culture and the charm of the Silk Road.
"Eating World-Food Culture Exhibition" exhibited cultural relics from China National Museum and Sichuan Museum 1 18 pieces/set, which restored "China on the tip of the tongue" from Neolithic Age to modern times, including hot pot eaten by people in Han Dynasty.
It is reported that in this exhibition, there is a bronze dyeing device of Qinghe Food Officer from Guo Bo, which is the tableware of Qinghe State in the Western Han Dynasty in present-day Shandong and Hebei, and is equivalent to a small hot pot cooked by people in the Han Dynasty. This copper dyeing device consists of two parts: a furnace and an ear cup. The stove is four-hoofed, with a round pin at one end for holding the handle. The inscription on the side of the furnace reads: "Qinghe Food Officer, the right side (plate) weighs six catties and twelve liang." There is an ear cup on the stove, and the inscription on the side of the cup reads: "Qinghe Grain Officer, right, weighs one catty and eleven liang."
"Beauty and Beauty * * *-Thangka Group Art Exhibition in Sichuan Museum" is an exhibition jointly planned by Sichuan Museum and Ethnic Museum of Southwest University for Nationalities. This is the first special exhibition in China focusing on the complete works of Tangka group paintings in Tibet-related areas of Sichuan. * * It is planned to exhibit 52 sets of Tangka paintings and many ethnic and folk artifacts of Gesar culture collected by Sichuan Museum in the Ethnic Museum of Southwest University for Nationalities. While appreciating the profound and beautiful artistic value of Thangka paintings, the audience can understand its profound historical information, academic value and humanistic care, feel the spiritual strength of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation, and feel the continuous exchange and blending of Chinese and Tibetan cultures.
