In order to promote epidemic prevention and control and overall economic and social development, and maintain normal production and living order on the basis of implementing various epidemic prevention and control measures, the announcement on the orderly resumption of dining in hotels and catering service units is as follows:
The first is to restore catering services in an orderly manner. Hotel catering service units with legal business qualifications will resume hotel catering services in an orderly manner under the premise of strictly implementing the provisions on epidemic prevention and control.
Second, strictly control the gathering of catering activities. Don't organize or participate in party activities unless necessary, and the party will be strictly controlled within 10 people. Set up a "one-meter line" in the area where people in the store are easy to gather, strictly control the density of people flow, and take measures such as limiting flow, making an appointment and limiting time as needed to reduce the gathering of people.
The third is to implement normalized epidemic prevention and control measures. All catering service units should arrange special personnel to be responsible at the entrance, implement "one sweep, two inspections and one test", and remind consumers to wear masks and do personal protection all the time except during meal time. We should take the initiative to provide the service of "public chopsticks and spoons" and actively implement the system of separate meals.
Fourth, strengthen ventilation and disinfection. Before the catering service unit resumes eating, it shall thoroughly disinfect the business premises, equipment and facilities and catering utensils. During the operation period, continue to do a good job in ventilation and disinfection of processing sites and business premises, and establish and improve disinfection and sterilization records.
Five, strictly implement employee management. Catering service units should conscientiously implement the main responsibility and organize employees to conduct nucleic acid testing at least once a week; Strictly implement the employee health management system and do a good job in employee health monitoring. At the same time, it is necessary to establish and improve the ledger for regular nucleic acid detection and health monitoring of employees.
Sixth, strictly implement regulatory responsibilities. The town street headquarters and the competent departments of various industries should strengthen daily supervision and inspection. Once it is found that the epidemic prevention and control requirements are not strictly implemented, it will be ordered to suspend business for rectification. Each business unit downloads the Commitment Letter for Orderly Restaurants of Hotel Catering Units, and signs and posts it in a prominent position.
This notice shall be implemented as of April 14, 2004, and shall be adjusted or abolished in time according to the needs of epidemic prevention and control.
