I. Scope of the report
1. Those who have returned from overseas in the past 28 days have not reported to their towns and communities, and failed to carry out nucleic acid testing, centralized isolation or home health monitoring as required;
2. Persons who have come to Yanzhou from high-risk areas in China in the past 2 1 day and have not actively reported to their towns and communities, or conducted nucleic acid testing or centralized isolation or home health monitoring as required;
3. Privately accept and take in people who come to live in Yanzhou from abroad within 28 days and from high-risk areas in China within 2 1 day;
4. Persons who have a history of contact with suspected cases, confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons in COVID-19, and have not reported to their towns and communities in time and have not implemented isolation control measures;
5. During the period of home health monitoring, people who leave without authorization and do not strictly implement home health monitoring;
6. Persons who illegally engage in the sales, processing and transportation of imported cold chain and non-cold chain foods;
7, did not strictly implement the relevant provisions of the hotel, hotel and check-in personnel epidemic prevention and control;
8. Medical institutions that have not set up fever clinics or fever posts to treat patients with fever in violation of regulations;
9. Failing to register personal information in accordance with the regulations when selling antipyretics, and failing to report to the pharmacy of the market supervision and management department in time;

Third, the incentive mechanism

Units and individuals that receive reports will keep the information of informants strictly confidential.
