Eating sugar and health

Eat rice flour sugar, your blood sugar will be very fast, and insulin will follow, because it will help you lower your blood sugar and return to normal level. The rise and fall of brain blood sugar also follows the change of blood sugar, so the body blood sugar rises sharply, the insulin rises sharply, and the brain blood sugar also rises sharply. Eating sugar will not directly lead to diabetes, but a high-sugar diet will cause a short-term increase in blood sugar and increase the burden on islets; High-sugar diet will lead to obesity, which will easily lead to relatively insufficient insulin and greatly increase the risk of diabetes.

If we can't control blood sugar in a normal state, eventually our body will keep high blood sugar because we can't secrete insulin, which is often called diabetes, which will not only aggravate the burden of blood vessels and lead to arteriosclerosis, but also cause complications! If you eat too much sugar at ordinary times, it will cause problems such as dental caries, fatigue, fatty liver, dyslipidemia, inattention, poor memory, obesity, stroke and poor learning ability. These problems will also lead to new problems, such as poor physique, skin color, acne, etc., and will also affect intestinal health.

Too much sugar intake, the most intuitive effect is getting fat. Too much sugar intake will turn into fat and become obese, then obesity will cause hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and hypertension. Sweets that increase the risk of cancer are not directly related to some cancers, but they may be potential sources. Eating too much sugar can lead to obesity, which is a hidden danger of many cancers. Obese children are more likely to develop pancreatic cancer, bladder cancer, gastric cancer and intestinal cancer in the future than normal-weight children.

Studies have shown that high intake of sugar can increase low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and decrease high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, which are risk factors for cardiovascular diseases. Studies have also shown that these phenomena are related to the increase of some inflammatory markers, and even high glucose can affect the expression of obesity genes. The Dietary Guidelines for China Residents (Version 20 16) points out that the intake of added sugar should be controlled within 50g, preferably below 25g. Excessive intake of sugar products will easily lead to dental caries and increase the risk of diabetes.
