Based on my own work experience, I talk about how to understand the mental health education in the construction of campus culture.

Mental health education is an urgent problem to be solved in the current university campus. In the face of the increasing number of suicides in colleges and universities across the country in recent years, the social pressure faced by college students is increasing in recent years, and the requirements and expectations of society for college students are getting higher and higher in recent years. It is reasonable and necessary for our school to carry forward and infiltrate mental health education on campus.

1) No matter in any university, you should set up an elective course of mental health education for college students at the beginning of your freshman year to discuss students' views on love, sex and society (don't always emphasize how optimistic students should be, etc.). ).

2) In order to fully understand the psychological problems of college students, we should set up various activities to understand the psychology of college students at the beginning of the university. For example, give students a psychological test on weekends, or do a public opinion survey during evening self-study to further understand the psychology of college students.

3) I believe that every school has counselors. What we need to do is how to make full use of these resources and how to make students think of consulting psychological counselors immediately when they have psychological problems. From this point of view, it's not that our school doesn't pay enough attention to it, but that some practices of the school put psychological counselors on the shelf. For example, study counseling is arranged at four o'clock on Monday afternoon, and emotional counseling is arranged on Tuesday afternoon. Then, we should vigorously publicize and let all students know that there is such a good way to solve our inner problems.

4) Finally, of course, it is to make students have positive ideas about mental health education in schools. Our school should try its best to ensure students' personal privacy, which is worthy of students' trust.

I hope that schools all over the country can pay attention to this problem and let students study and live under a blue sky.
