Options D and E: If the construction project is subject to general contracting, the general contractor shall take overall responsibility for the safety in production at the construction site and complete the construction of the main structure of the project by itself. Subcontractors shall accept the safety production management of the general contractor, and specify the rights and obligations of both parties in safety production in the subcontract. If the subcontractors do not obey the management and cause production safety accidents, the subcontractors shall bear the main responsibility, and the general contractor and subcontractors shall bear joint responsibility for the safety production of the subcontracted projects.
