1. Place the electronic scale on a level ground and press the "SET" button on the scale base.
2. Use the up and down buttons on the ruler base to adjust the hour, and press and hold the "Set" button to confirm.
3. Adjust the minutes in the same way as above, and press and hold the "SET" button to confirm.
4. Press the "Set" button for the last time to complete the time setting.
