In 2002, he founded and presided over the "Teachers' Psychological Growth Workshop", which used the principle of group psychological consultation and the internationally popular "experience interaction" training mode to effectively improve teachers' psychological quality and personality. This achievement was published in the first cross-strait psychology seminar and the 2 1 century China School Mental Health Education Forum. Because of its scientific, forward-looking, operability and effectiveness, it has won unanimous praise from the participating experts. He was invited to give lectures and trainings to many schools and other institutions in Shanghai and China for nearly 100 times and gave nearly 10,000 lectures, which had a good social effect.
