Print 1 through Baidu browser and enter the query system.
Open the browser and enter the pre-job health examination information system of Shanghai employees to search, and click the link to enter the inquiry system. The format is region+health certificate inquiry.
2. Click Query
Jump to the main interface of health certificate inquiry, under the function tab of physical examination result inquiry, enter the relevant information of the medical examiner, fill in the verification code, and click Inquiry.
3. Open the medical history

4. Click Print.
