If it is the first time to enter McDonald's, the health certificate is handled at your own expense. If you resign within one year, you have the right to ask the restaurant to get it back. If you have worked in McDonald's for more than one year and apply for a health certificate for the second time, the restaurant will reimburse you. If you resign within this year, the restaurant will not return your health certificate to you.

Your other documents, such as your student ID card and a copy of your ID card, will be taken away for filing and will not be disclosed to others. Please note that these copies will not be returned whenever you resign.
