We all want to be healthy. First of all, we should have enough sleep at night. We can go to bed early and get up early. Staying up late is not good for our health. Second, we must have the right kinds of food. We should eat more fruits and vegetables and less meat. We should drink more water. We should have healthy eating habits. Third, we should do more exercise to keep fit. Finally, we should be happy every day. Because smiling will make us younger.
