(1) Candidates are requested to pay close attention to the latest examination epidemic prevention requirements published by the examination management department at the location of the test center on the website and WeChat official account, understand and strictly abide by the relevant epidemic prevention regulations in advance, and make good preparations for the examination. Because the location of the test center does not meet the epidemic prevention requirements and can not take the test, the responsibility shall be borne by the candidates themselves. Local epidemic prevention and control requirements will be released one after another before the exam, so please keep an eye on it.
(2) Candidates should conduct self-health management and health status monitoring according to the examination and epidemic prevention requirements of the test center. There is no need for candidates not to leave the city where the test center is located, protect themselves, do not gather, and do not go to crowded places. Candidates who are still in the field should know in advance the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control where the test center is located, return in time and complete risk investigation and self-management according to the local epidemic prevention and control requirements, so as not to affect the test.
(3) Candidates must truthfully fill in the "Self-Commitment Letter of Candidates' Health Status" and sign the commitment letter, one for each subject, and hand it over to the work (invigilator) when entering the exam every time, otherwise they will not take the exam.
On the day of the exam, candidates should arrive at the test center 60 minutes before the exam, and reserve enough time to cooperate with the staff of the test center for admission verification. Must cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control inspection as required, and present and submit the nucleic acid test report and other relevant information. Candidates who fail to provide relevant materials according to the requirements of the location of the test center shall not take the test.
Honesty test
(1) Candidates who deliberately conceal their illness or report their fever history, residence history and contact history inaccurately, as well as those who refuse to cooperate with the examination for epidemic prevention and control, will be dealt with in accordance with the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, the Law on Public Security Administration Punishment and other laws and regulations.
(2) Primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examination is a national examination prescribed by law, and cheating in the examination will be dealt with severely according to the Measures for Handling Violations in the National Education Examination.
The provisions of People's Republic of China (PRC) Criminal Law Amendment (IX) on cheating in the examination shall apply to the examination. Organizing cheating, providing cheating equipment or other help, selling or providing test questions (answers), replacing others or letting others take the test instead of themselves during the examination are all criminal offences. Please take the exam in good faith, and don't try the law by yourself.
(3) Specially remind candidates that those who bring devices with the function of sending or receiving information, such as mobile phones, into the examination room or not put them in the designated location during the examination, regardless of whether they are used or not, will be treated as cheating; Anyone who cheats by using mobile phones and other communication equipment to send and receive test questions (answers) outside the examination room will be suspended for 3 years; Anyone suspected of committing a crime shall be reported to the public security department for handling according to law.
