Yes Joy is a Chinese word, meaning happiness, joy and relaxation. Physical and mental health means a healthy body and a happy mood. You can only be physically and mentally happy, but not physically and mentally healthy, because happiness itself is a state and cannot describe another state. Ill sentences are wrong sentences.
