The health certificate for going abroad is handled in the Health Center of Zhanjiang International Travel Service, a subordinate unit of Zhanjiang Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. The address is in the south of Shenchuan Avenue in Zhanjiang. Zhanjiang No.4 Middle School has been going down (towards Xiashan Mountain) for about 200 meters, and you can see the signboard of "International Travel Service Health Center" diagonally opposite the People's Square and Wangfujing Department Store (formerly Jiangxia Square).
