How Chinese medicine nurses patients

On the basis of evaluating patients' physical and mental health problems at any time, we can keenly find out patients' various reactions to health problems, put forward nursing diagnosis by applying the theory of traditional Chinese and western medicine, implement effective nursing measures of traditional Chinese and western medicine in time, and make correct evaluation.

For example, before a nurse gives a patient intravenous infusion, she only needs to ask or assist the patient to empty the urine and urine to comfort the patient not to be nervous. However, some patients often know that they should empty and urinate before infusion because of repeated infusion, and they are fearless of infusion. Nurses often ignore the correct evaluation and explanation before operation and only pay attention to the specific operation. As a nurse who can master the whole nursing connotation and skillfully use nursing procedures, she can make an assessment in time, find some health problems and take corresponding measures in time by looking at her face or asking one or two questions. If you see the patient looking dull and tired, you can ask "Did you sleep well last night" or "Did it affect your rest because you were not quiet at night?" If a patient complains that a new patient is admitted to the hospital at night, it will affect sleep. The nurse can immediately tell that the patient looks tired/related to lack of sleep.

Nursing measures can take the following points:

① Before infusion, give the patient a hint that the room is quiet now.

(2) Tell patients to close their eyes and rest during infusion, and tell them that it will increase the number of examinations and make patients feel safe. Results: The patient fell asleep about 1 hour during infusion, and the fatigue disappeared. This nursing diagnosis/problem evaluation is to make up for the lack of sleep. However, when another patient also complained of difficulty in falling asleep at night, dreaminess and easy to wake up, according to the theoretical evaluation of traditional Chinese and western medicine, this patient complained of heavy work pressure and psychological burden before admission. And usually weak constitution, can't sleep at night. Observe his sallow complexion, listlessness, loss of appetite, thin stool, pale tongue, white fur and deep and thin pulse. Therefore, it can be judged that his insomnia at night is related to deficiency of both heart and spleen and mental dystrophy.

Take nursing measures:

(1) Educate patients to listen to light music, skits and cross talk programs during illness to relax their long-term nervous mood.

② Educate patients and their families to eat more lily, lotus seed and jujube soup to nourish the heart and soothe the nerves.

(3) Embedding seed heart, kidney and Shenmen points in ear points, and instructing patients to press the ear points 15min before going to bed.

④ Patients are required to soak their feet with hot water before going to bed and then rub their feet left and right 100 times. Two weeks after taking the above measures, the patient complained of prolonged sleep time at night 1 hour, peaceful sleep and less dreams. The above two cases are the nursing process of observing and analyzing the health problems of patients through the theory of traditional Chinese and western medicine, giving dialectical nursing and achieving the expected effect. Therefore, the nursing theory and technology of traditional Chinese medicine have added rich contents to the implementation and evaluation of holistic nursing model. The development of TCM nursing enriches the connotation of holistic nursing, and the construction of holistic nursing model also promotes the development of TCM nursing discipline, which will become an advanced nursing model with China characteristics.
