How to eat and have healthy muscles

Muscle is muscle and fat is fat. It doesn't mean that you have to have fat first to exercise muscles.

The number of muscle fibers is fixed, natural and unchangeable. Thin people have thin muscle fibers, so their muscles are small. You can increase muscle fiber by exercising and supplementing nutrition, and people will be strong.

Not "turn fat into muscle", but "thicken your existing muscle fibers"

This has nothing to do with gaining weight. Gain weight is not that only way to exercise muscles.

So there is a misunderstanding about how to eat healthy muscles.

If you want to have muscles, you have to shape them through repeated anaerobic instrument movements.
