2. For those who come (return) to Beijing from other parts of China (excluding Hubei Province) for a short time (they have no fixed residence and occupation in Beijing and are mainly engaged in activities such as tourism, sightseeing, business, inspection and transit), they must cooperate with the hotel management, take their temperature when entering and leaving the hotel, fill in the reasons for coming to Beijing when they check in, and register their contacts in Beijing; If there is a reception unit in Beijing, the epidemic prevention and control regulations of the reception unit shall be implemented. If you have a fever or feel unwell, you should seek medical advice promptly and inform the hotel and reception unit on your own initiative.

4. Laborers living in Beijing, such as Beisan County, Langfang City, Hebei Province, commute daily and are not compulsory, but they have to undergo routine inspections when entering and leaving Beijing.

5. Civil aviation maintenance and railway team staff often travel to and from different places, which is a rigid work requirement. When they return to Beijing, they can concentrate on their lives.

6. In order to meet the needs of unit management and family safety, the staff of the central unit in Beijing who travel to and from epidemic-prone areas should work and live in isolation after returning to Beijing.

7. During observation at home, people with special needs, such as pregnant women and patients, can go out for physical examination according to the doctor's advice.

Thirteenth prevention and health care organizations or personnel of various medical and health care institutions at all levels shall undertake the following work in their own units and areas of responsibility:

(1) Report and management of epidemic situation of infectious diseases;

(2) Prevention and control of infectious diseases;

(3) prevention and monitoring of infectious diseases assigned by health and epidemic prevention institutions designated by the administrative department of health.

Fourteenth medical and health institutions must strictly implement the disinfection and isolation system in accordance with the relevant provisions of the health administrative department of the State Council to prevent hospital infection and iatrogenic infection.
