Symptoms: Patients usually have drowsiness during the day, severe snoring during sleep and repeated apnea.
Signs: Check upper respiratory tract stenosis.
Polysomnography (PSG) showed that apnea hypopnea recurred more than 30 times during 7 hours of sleep every night, or the sleep apnea hypopnea index was ≥5. Apnea is mainly obstructive.
Imaging examination: showing abnormal upper airway structure.
