The normal range of PR: 1 13-2 12 ms.
QT normal range: 325-452 milliseconds
The normal range of QTc-Bazett is 361-457 ms.
Normal range of ventricular rate: 48-98 beats per minute.
QRS:-40 degrees -9 1 degree
Your QRS is wider than normal, and there may be indoor block or cardiac asynchrony. In addition, the basal heart rate itself is slow. When you sleep at night, your heart rate will generally drop 15-20bpm, which means that your heart rate may only be about 30 times at night. Coupled with conduction obstruction, it is easy to cause insufficient heart perfusion, which may be the main reason for your symptoms. I suggest you go to a tertiary hospital for a re-examination by a cardiologist. Don't take it lightly.
