At present, through understanding the current situation, I find that most kindergartens also pay attention to letting children do more physical activities, and it is correct to take strengthening children's physique as one of the main goals of kindergarten physical activities. These activities have indeed played an effective role in promoting children's physical development in terms of content and teacher guidance, but there are still obvious shortcomings in ensuring children's 2-hour outdoor activities and 1 hour physical activities stipulated in the syllabus. How to effectively strengthen children's physique through sports activities and make children's body and mind develop harmoniously is still vague to me, for example: 1. As for the arrangement of activities, it basically refers to physical education class, basic gymnastics, sports meeting, etc. Even if the weather is bad, these hours will be squeezed out. 2. In the form of activities, there are many collective activities and few individual and group activities; There are many activities of herding sheep, but few have a clear purpose. 3. Activity content-emphasizes the learning of action and the improvement of skills, but ignores the essence of children's play and the stimulation of interest. 4. Guidance mode-teachers have many regulations, children imitate learning behaviors, and they adopt a one-size-fits-all indoctrination method in their activities, with less independent learning behaviors. 5. Cognitive function-some teachers overemphasize interest and ignore the role of sports activities; The regulations on children's exercise are arbitrary; There is also the phenomenon of waiting too long, which does not meet the psychological needs of children.
The reason for these phenomena is that we blindly pursue single sports skill training, which is blind and random, making sports activities too single. In the morning regional sports activities, teachers failed to give timely guidance on the guiding strategies of the environment and activities, and children showed too many "unified activities", "imitation learning" and "passive sports", which made it impossible for children to gain more space for independent sports in the activities and to stimulate their interest in sports in the process of interacting with people or things in the environment.
Children are in a period of vigorous growth and development. The main task of kindergarten is to implement the policy of combining conservation with education, educate children to develop in an all-round way in physical, intellectual, moral and aesthetic aspects, and promote the harmonious development of children's body and mind. The outline puts forward: "Kindergartens should take games as the basic activity, provide healthy and rich game environment for children, meet the needs of children's various development, make them gain experiences beneficial to physical and mental development in a happy childhood, and promote the development of each child's personality." This further affirms that education that respects children's characteristics is the foundation of early childhood education.
