4. Physical examination and investigation (September 3 ~ 10). According to the written test, interview results and physical examination results, the investigation objects are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1, focusing on their political and ideological qualities, and the investigation work is organized and implemented by the organization departments of county (district) committees.
5. Determine the candidates to be hired and publicize them (September 1 1 ~ 16). 3. Those who have worked in the village for three years and have been assessed as competent or above meet the requirements of the national student loan repayment policy, the principal and interest of the national student loan will be fully exempted during the school period, and the required funds will be borne by the provincial, municipal and county (district) finance at a ratio of 4:4:2. 9. College student village cadres start their own businesses, and rural venture funds can provide small loan guarantees and financial support.
