Occasionally, I have the opportunity to go to Tibet, which is both fun and scary. I have long been fascinated by the pure land of the mysterious roof of the world and admire the sacred mountains and lakes. Even ciba, yak, prayer wheel, thangka and turquoise will ripple in my calm heart. But at the beginning of preparation, I was afraid of the snowy plateau, and I didn't know if I could withstand the strong altitude sickness. After all, the opportunity is rare, so I carefully searched the Internet for the treatment of altitude sickness, and learned that patting the elbow, Neiguan and the back of the hand can all work.
Two weeks before departure, I patted the back of my hand and elbow twice as a warm-up. I've patted my elbow seven or eight times before. Because of arrhythmia and sinus bradycardia, it is black and blue every time, and it can disappear completely in a week. In the time before this trip, I scraped the back of my hand and my elbow.
Because there are several connecting flights, the flight time is about 5 hours. Suddenly flying from the plain to the plateau, people have altitude sickness. Does lacing beat really work? I always have doubts in my heart, but anyway, try it first.
The first flight took more than 2 hours. Before boarding the plane, I was embarrassed to take out the racket board in the waiting hall, and only photographed Neiguan for 5 minutes. For more than two hours from takeoff to landing, I used to have uncomfortable symptoms such as tinnitus, tingling ears, tight heart and dizziness every time I flew. Strangely, however, it did not appear during the whole flight of more than two hours. In order to successfully spend the second flight over the plateau, I had to make some preparations. During the 1 hour waiting time for connecting flight, I quickly patted my elbow, the inner pass and the back of my hand, all of which were red.
An American elderly tour group also took the same flight to Lhasa. During this three-hour flight, which was once called the "air restricted area", I didn't feel any discomfort because of flapping, and my mental state was good and I wasn't too sleepy. Foreigners on the same plane, some of them have been holding their heads in pain, which is definitely uncomfortable!
After landing at Lhasa Gongga Airport, I was a little excited, and my heart beat a little faster when I picked up my luggage. My colleague who came to meet me at the airport said as soon as he saw me, look at your mental state! There is an oxygen bottle in the car, so you can take oxygen if you are uncomfortable. I don't think it's necessary. After getting on the bus, I found that my heart beat faster just now, so I drank 2 small bottles of water and started chatting with my friends. Several colleagues in Shanghai asked me how I felt, and I replied that I didn't feel anything. They were all surprised and praised me at once.
After arriving at the hotel, I started to gasp because I ran fast, and obviously felt a little short of breath. When I went back to my room, I looked in the mirror and found my lips were a little purple. Rest in the room 1 hour, and recover after drinking 2 vials of glucose injection. Going out to eat with friends at night, I am in a good state of mind, except a little tired, and I have no reaction. My friend told me to go back to rest early. Many friends who have been here before have obvious high reflexes, such as vomiting in the middle of the night, holding their breath, turning purple, having a splitting headache and collapsing all over. Let me not be careless. The first night I came to Tibet, I was very rebellious. Let me take the oxygen tank back to the hotel. If I don't feel well, I will take oxygen immediately and make a phone call. They will take me to the hospital at once.
I bought a bucket of mineral water in the supermarket before going back to the hotel in the evening. After walking for a while, I began to feel short of breath I began to understand that because of lack of oxygen, I really couldn't walk fast and move heavy things on the plateau. When I entered the guest room to get ready for bed, I suddenly felt nervous and dizzy, which looked like a myocardial infarction. I immediately lay on the bed, took out the racket board and beat my elbow, and soon fell asleep.
Wake up at midnight 12. Clear-headed, hear the obvious heartbeat, just like drumming in your ear. So I took out my racket board and patted my elbow and Neiguan, so I slept while patting, half asleep and half awake. After 3 o'clock, I woke up again. As soon as my temples tightened slightly, I began to pat the back of my hand and took 20 shots. Because the swelling left by the previous slapping has not completely subsided, the remake really hurts, so I have to endure it. After the remake, I feel a lot tighter. I slept until 4 o'clock and patted the back of my hand. I woke up after 6 o'clock and felt much smoother. My first night in Tibet went well.
The next day, before going to work, I took another 30-minute remake of Neiguan in the hotel. It was all black rash, and the symptoms of high reflexes basically disappeared. My colleagues in Tibet saw me and asked me why I didn't call last night. I didn't say anything, just half asleep. They asked me strangely if I had vomiting and headache. I said no. They all said I was fine.
When I went back to the hotel the next night, I still heard the heartbeat. I also photographed three parts and slept while filming. I woke up at 3: 00 in the morning with a cold, heavy head and uncomfortable heart. What should I do if I want to go to a high altitude place on the third day? As a result, LADA people in the help group were told to pat elbows, Neiguan and Dazhui and make Y-shaped lacing. I endured the swelling and pain and slapped Neiguan, elbow and Dazhui hard. White powder immediately appeared at the lung meridian of elbow, which may be related to my previous cough, and it also cracked and bled. I slept until 6 o'clock and felt much better. It doesn't hurt so much when y pulls. My mental state is much better after lacing. It seems that the speed of lacing is not slow either.
On the third day, my hair was tight, and the discomfort at night basically disappeared, but I felt a little uncomfortable. I slapped my right elbow hard, and in a short time, a lot of white powder and black bags came out. The more you shoot, the more energetic you are. The more dark circles I have, the less pain I have. I feel unobstructed in my heart and breathe smoothly. All my discomfort has basically disappeared, my nose is blocked and my cold is gone. So put on your down jacket, pack on your back and get ready to go.
The car went all the way, and I didn't have any symptoms of hyperresponsiveness, just like in the plain. Arriving at Mount gambara, 5 kilometers above sea level, I was a little excited and breathless when I saw the beautiful scenery. Go back to the car, drink some water and recover.
When you arrive at Yang Zhuo Yongcuo, which is 4000 meters long, as long as you don't run fast, your reaction is basically not high, but you will catch your breath a little. It should be a normal phenomenon, and it should be an anoxic area. When I came back in the afternoon, I got a call from my colleague asking if I had taken oxygen. Knowing that I was safe and sound, I was completely shocked. I said that as long as people who have been to Tibet, even if the rebellion is not obvious, they have no strength to travel and just want to sleep. Not only did I not have high opposition, but I also went out to travel alone, boasting about my body repeatedly and asking myself if I was healthy, because I often exercised. I secretly laughed in my heart. How could it be so good if it weren't for beating the lacing?
On the third night, the reaction of accelerated heartbeat basically disappeared, and I slept much better. However, the temperature difference between morning and evening was large, and it was still a gale of magnitude 8 in Yanghu during the day, which made me feel a little cold, top-heavy, stuffy and weak. I had to ask for help in the group again, and I got the same reply: slapping.
I patted my elbow, which was still bleeding the day before, and there was more blood. The coach said that these are all garbage toxins from the body, and patting the top will make you feel better. The rhythm of my heart continued to beat vigorously. I pressed Neiguan, and I spent another night safely.
On the fourth morning, I packed my things and prepared to return. No obvious response, my colleague invited me to eat a Sichuan dish and took me to the airport. At the airport terminal, I elbowed again in public and took a photo of white powder and purple bag. When I first took off, I felt uncomfortable and dizzy. I closed my eyes and cut off the back of my hand, much better. After flying to Shanghai, the symptoms of the previous cold disappeared and people were very energetic. It seems that there are some symptoms in the plateau.
In this way, I returned to Shanghai triumphantly on my first trip to the snowy plateau, and was called a hero by my office colleagues. My colleagues in Lhasa spoke highly of me, saying that I was the best when they received so many people. They hid for more than three years and didn't fall asleep for seven days after their first trip to Lhasa.
The oxygen bottle that was given to me this time was returned to them intact. Because of lack of oxygen, many young people who are in excellent health in plain areas will fall down when they come to Tibet, and there will be terrible reactions. Many people are afraid to go to Tibet. Tibet is also a place to test your physical fitness. You will know how healthy you are when you come to Tibet. They said I passed the test.
Hearing this evaluation, I want to laugh at the sky and secretly laugh. I have experienced the power of lacing and flapping. Thanks to the Dalai Lama who helped and guided me, I spent my trip to Tibet safely. Friends who want to come to Tibet need not be afraid of altitude sickness. Before coming, if we bomb the common parts, the whole limbs and even the carpet, dredge the channels and collaterals, discharge garbage and toxins, and combine with the actual situation, boldly implement the method of lacing and slapping, we will certainly overcome the altitude sickness and appreciate the real lakes, mountains and mountains and the beautiful scenery of the plateau.
The world is always moving forward ... Yesterday's sun belongs to yesterday. Pat the lacing on your hand, the mountain is no longer high and the road is no longer long, and the highland barley butter tea is sweeter. ...
Thanks again to Mr. Xiao. Over the years, he has spared no effort to promote the self-healing method of beating and lacing all over the world, and has taken pains to answer readers' questions day and night. He is not a doctor, but he did help the world. Thanks to the coaches and practitioners of lacing, you let lacing continue to develop.
