Kidney Bean Rolls
Materials:
200g kidney bean, bagged red bean stuffing 150g, black sesame 1 spoon, white sesame 1 spoon, and white sugar 1 spoon.
Exercise:
(1) Wash white kidney beans and soak them in cold water for about 12 hours, and then soak them in the refrigerator in summer.
(2) Peel the soaked kidney beans one by one.
(3) Add some water to the kidney bean bowl, the amount of water should not exceed the kidney bean level, and steam for 30 minutes on high fire. Don't open the lid in a hurry after turning off the fire. Simmer for about ten minutes.
(4) While steaming kidney bean sauce, let's fry some black sesame seeds and white sesame seeds. Even cooked sesame seeds are best fried in a dry pan, which will taste more fragrant. Stir-fried sesame seeds are a little cold, and mix with sugar for later use.
(5) Use a spoon to grind the steamed kidney beans into mud.
(6) Sieving the kidney bean paste.
(7) Screening is essential, and the screened kidney bean sauce is very detailed.
(8) Put the screened kidney bean paste into a fresh-keeping bag and rub it with your palm several times through the bag.
(9) Roll the kidney bean sauce in the fresh-keeping bag into large pieces with uniform thickness with a rolling pin. The thickness is about 5 mm.
(10) Cut a short side and a long side of a rectangular bag with a knife and unfold the bag.
(1 1) Cut the packaging bag with bean paste into a hole about two centimeters with scissors, and squeeze the bean paste onto the kidney bean skin.
(12) Squeeze two pieces of bean paste on kidney bean skin.
(13) Wrap the kidney bean skin around the bean paste and wrap it more tightly. Note: Do not roll directly by hand. Always roll kidney bean rolls in fresh-keeping bags.
(14) The bean paste stuffing on both sides is rolled inward.
(15) Sprinkle the black and white sesame candy prepared in the fourth step.
(16) Roll it up and set it by hand.
(17) After each finished kidney bean roll is cut, clean the knife with a clean wet cloth, and then cut another piece, so that the cut kidney bean roll looks good.
Fried kidney beans
Materials:
Kidney bean, vegetable oil, salt, soy sauce, white vinegar, thirteen spices (or star anise), starch, monosodium glutamate, minced garlic, chopped green onion and Jiang Mo.
Exercise:
(1) Wash kidney beans, cut into sections and blanch with boiling water.
(2) When the oil is hot, add chopped green onion, ginger slices, minced garlic and thirteen spices and stir fry.
(3) Add kidney beans and stir-fry a few times, then add salt, white vinegar and soy sauce and stir-fry until kidney beans become soft and dry.

Stewed potatoes with kidney beans
Materials:
Pork belly 100g, kidney bean 300g, potato 250g, onion 5g, ginger 3g, star anise 2, soy sauce 5ml, salt 3g and water 300ml.
Exercise:
(1) Slice pork belly.
(2) Wash kidney beans and break them into sections.
(3) Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.
(4) Put oil in a hot pan, first put a little Jiang Mo wok, then add pork belly and stir-fry until oil comes out.
(5) Add kidney beans.
(6) Stir-fry until kidney beans change color.
(7) Add water, star anise, soy sauce, onion ginger and salt and stir well.
(8) Cover and stew for 5 minutes.
(9) Add potato pieces and stir well.
(10) Cover and stew for 8 minutes.
Fried shredded pork with kidney beans
Materials:
Kidney bean 350g, oil, salt, shredded pork, chicken essence.
Exercise:
(1) Wash kidney beans from beginning to end.
(2) cut into silk.
(3) Stir-fried shredded pork.
(4) Pour the oil into the pot until the oil temperature rises to 7 minutes.
(5) Pour in kidney beans and stir fry quickly.
(6) Add salt and stir fry.
(7) After adding a proper amount of water, cover with fire and stew for 2 minutes.
(8) Then pour in shredded pork and stir fry.
(9) Add chicken essence.
(10) Stir well and turn off the heat.

Stewed ribs with kidney beans
Materials:
Appropriate amount of ribs, kidney beans, potatoes, onions, ginger, pepper, soy sauce, salt and chicken essence.
Exercise:
(1) The pig neck bone I used tastes good. Wash the ribs you bought, boil them in water first, and then rinse them piece by piece. Add onion and ginger slices, pepper and spareribs to the pot, and simmer for half an hour until the spareribs are soft and rotten.
(2) Wash kidney beans and break them. Peel the potatoes and cut them into strips.
(3) Heat the oil in the pot and stir fry the onion.
(4) Stir-fry the ribs.
(5) Add kidney beans and potatoes, continue to stir fry, and pour in soy sauce for coloring.
(6) pour water and simmer on a small fire.
(7) Put salt after the water is boiled. A little more doesn't matter. Kidney bean ribs don't like to eat. Cover and stew over medium heat.
