1. Make sure the bracelet is fully charged, and check whether the firmware versions of the APP and bracelet are updated to the latest;
2. Check whether the bracelet has turned off the heart rate detection, and change the heart rate detection mode to automatic heart rate+try after assisted sleep;
3. Confirm the sleep period: ensure that there is sleep behavior (sleep/fall asleep/wake up) between 18: 00 and1:00 the next day, and between 0: 00 and 6: 00 the next day;
4. During sleep, if you wear it too loosely or shake it obviously at night, it will lead to abnormal sleep monitoring. It is recommended that you wear wearable devices stably when sleeping to avoid obvious shaking;
5. Sleep time is too short, which may lead to poor sleep quality and no sleep record;
6, wake up too many times at night, the amount of activity is large, resulting in short continuous sleep time, which may lead to sleepless nights;
7. It is recommended to unbind the bracelet from the APP when it is connected. After rebinding, wear the bracelet correctly, and try after turning on the auxiliary sleep detection;
8. If there is continuous heart rate data in the APP, but sleep cannot be recorded all the time, this phenomenon is generally related to situations 5 and 6.
Two:
1. Check whether the bracelet has power. If the battery is low or dead, please charge it and try again.
2. Check whether the distance between the bracelet and the mobile phone is too far. Please put the bracelet as close as possible to your mobile phone.
3. Xiaomi Sports APP has been upgraded to the latest version, and the bracelet has been restored to the factory to try again;
4. Xiaomi Sports App needs to open the location permission to clear the Bluetooth data of the bracelet in the Bluetooth of the mobile phone;
5. Restart the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, restart the "Xiaomi Sports" App, and restart the mobile phone attempt;
6. Check whether there are too many Bluetooth or WiFi devices around and try to change the environment. (Bluetooth and 2.4gHz WiFi both work in the 2.4g frequency band, so you can connect the mobile phone to 5g WiFi or temporarily turn off the mobile phone WiFi, and try to replace other environments without routers or with fewer routers);
7. Try to replace other mobile phones to eliminate whether it is a mobile phone problem;
8. If the mi band has been bound before, you need to unbind it in the previous device before binding the new mobile phone.
