An information page with a personal photo on the passport;
Within 48 hours before boarding 1 electronic version of negative certificate of nucleic acid test. Those with past infection history, suspected symptoms, close contacts and "uncertain" test results all apply for health code with negative proof of 1 nucleic acid test within 48 hours before boarding the plane.
Two, the transit passengers to China can choose a place for nucleic acid testing at the place of origin or transit, and the time limit is required to be within 48 hours of the departure time of the flight to China, and apply for a health code from embassies and consulates in China. The relevant airlines will release passengers with valid health codes without checking the place where the codes are issued.
Special reminder: Kuala Lumpur airport transit area does not have testing conditions. Passengers who come to Malaysia and transfer directly to China should be tested as required at the place of origin, and apply for a health code from the China Embassy or Consulate at the place of origin. Passengers who are invited to transfer directly to China should ensure that the health code issued by the place of origin is still valid when boarding the plane.
Third, matters needing attention
Recently, the number of cases imported from Malaysia has increased. Passengers going to China should wear masks before and after completing the inspection, during their stay abroad, on the way to the airport, during the check-in period and during the flight, and take safety precautions to avoid the risk of being stranded or imported after entering the country due to the positive test before boarding.
A nucleic acid test certificate issued by a legal testing institution in Malaysia containing a two-dimensional code that can verify the authenticity is acceptable. Passengers going to China should pay attention to check whether there is a two-dimensional code that can verify the authenticity on the test certificate, and check the name, passport number, date of birth, sampling date and other information on the spot. If there are any mistakes, they should be corrected in time. Please be sure to upload a clear and complete electronic version of the inspection certificate containing the two-dimensional code that can verify the authenticity, so that the embassy or consulate can scan the code to verify the authenticity and review it as soon as possible. For the convenience of the applicant, please refer to the attachment for the information of recommended testing institutions.
The time for the China Embassy in Malaysia to review the health code is 9:00-2 1:00 every day. In principle, materials submitted after 20: 00 on the same day will be reviewed at 9: 00 the next day. At present, the number of flights between China and Malaysia has greatly increased, with more passengers going to China, and the workload of code review is heavy. Please wait patiently after submitting your application, and don't call to urge. In order to avoid delaying the trip, please apply for a health code 24 hours in advance. If the returned materials need to be replenished, please be sure to replenish them within 1 hour. If you can't take this flight because you haven't reserved enough time to review the code, please take another flight.
According to China's epidemic prevention regulations, tampering with or forging test certificates, or filling in false personal health information in the international version of the epidemic prevention health code applet, are all suspected of endangering public safety in a dangerous way, and will be seriously investigated for legal responsibility by relevant departments in China. Please be sure to test and declare truthfully. Once it is found that the application materials for health codes are not truthfully tested, personal information is not truthfully declared or even falsified, the embassy will refuse to issue or cancel the relevant health codes.
If the information about health code declaration and testing, questions and answers previously released by the Embassy is inconsistent with this notice, this notice shall prevail. The relevant interpretation shall be subject to the China Embassy in Malaysia. I hereby inform you.
