Health wisdom: block yourself on the way to the hospital

The disease didn't happen suddenly, but was discovered suddenly. Some details in life may decide when we go to the hospital. As long as you interfere with these details, you can certainly block yourself on the way to the hospital to a certain extent.

Although we don't fully understand the exact pathogenesis of many diseases, we can also prevent diseases by interrupting a link in the causal chain of diseases.

The causal chain before the emergence of most chronic diseases can be summarized as follows:

The high-risk factor-the decline of human body's ability to repair and compensate-is the recessive period of the disease.

Avoid high-risk factors?

It is known that high-risk factors have obvious correlation with the occurrence and development of diseases. Risk factors related to common chronic diseases mainly include the following aspects.

1. Jean. Many diseases are related to one or several risk genes.

2. Chronic viral or bacterial infection. Some viruses and bacteria can cause chronic infections. When chronic infection persists for a long time, it may cause serious consequences.

3. Unhealthy eating habits. The Lancet pointed out that unhealthy eating habits are the primary risk factor of death. Unhealthy eating habits include: insufficient intake of calcium, dietary fiber, fruits and vegetables, excessive intake of high-sodium diet in processed red meat, sugary drinks and excessive drinking.

4. obesity. Obesity will increase the incidence of diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, asthma and various cancers.

Avoiding high-risk factors will reduce the cumulative damage of these factors to the human body, reduce the pressure of human repair and compensation, and also reduce the probability of illness from the source.

There are three suggestions for the high factor in the first link.

First, prevent or treat chronic infections.

Second, avoid high-risk factors,

High risk factors include smoking, excessive drinking, staying up late, eating too hot, eating food that may contain nitrite or aflatoxin without wearing a mask in foggy days, etc.

Third, a healthy diet.

Eat less sugar, red meat and processed meat, less salt, more foods rich in dietary fiber, more fruits and vegetables, and more foods with high omega3-3 fatty acids.

A study pointed out that increasing dietary fiber not only helps to reduce weight, blood sugar, blood lipid and blood pressure, but also reduces the risk factors of coronary heart disease, diabetes and intestinal cancer.

Keeping a healthy lifestyle away from diseases is a reliable conclusion based on the current big data research.

Protect the body's repair and compensation functions?

? As long as life exists, our cells and genes will be constantly destroyed, and we have entered an irreversible river of life since birth.

A key mechanism of our survival is repair and compensation. Gene damage can repair itself, cells can accelerate division, replenish damaged or dead cells, and immune cells can destroy dissidents. These are all repairs.

When the damage persists and the human body cannot be completely repaired, cells and organs perform their functions by speeding up their work, rather than the damaged cells or cells, which is compensation.

Repair and compensation is a kind of wisdom when the human body faces injury, which is naturally formed. However, many of our behaviors will reduce people's ability to repair and compensate, such as excessive calorie intake, obesity, staying up late and so on.

In view of the second link, the human body's ability to repair and compensate has the following suggestions.

First, moderate dieting

Moderate dieting can remove aging cells and substances in the body, help delay the aging of skin fibroblasts, produce more collagen and elastin, and maintain skin elasticity.

Moderate dieting can also delay cardiovascular aging. Patients with type 2 diabetes can lose weight through moderate diet and exercise, and even achieve a "cure" effect in the early stage.

Second, try to ensure that the sleep time is 7~8 hours every day.

Too little sleep and too much sleep will affect your health. A study by the University of Tubingen in Germany pointed out that staying up late will destroy the circadian rhythm of adrenaline secretion, thus inhibiting T cells in immune cells from adhering to pathogenic bacteria or tumor cells that invade the human body, and the ability of T cells to kill "enemies" will decrease, thus affecting the function of immune cells. Sleeping too long is also harmful. A study shows that for ordinary people, sleeping more than nine hours a day will significantly increase the risk of death and serious cardiovascular disease.

Third, moderate exercise.

First of all, exercise can not only increase human energy consumption, but also reduce chronic inflammatory reaction. Secondly, exercise helps to remove aging substances and prevent various cancers. Finally, exercise can also reduce the risk of coronary heart disease, hypertension, cerebral hemorrhage, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome and depression.

Early screening of diseases?

The essence of healthy diet, moderate diet, moderate exercise and lifestyle adjustment is to avoid high-risk factors, improve the body's ability to repair and compensate, and thus reduce the risk of illness.

But even if all the above suggestions are followed, cells are still dividing, which will bring genetic damage, aging and disease.

Many diseases are difficult for us to prevent completely. Most chronic diseases, especially cancer, are asymptomatic in the early stage. Therefore, we should carry out early screening of diseases, especially cancer screening, aiming at the third link of the causal chain-the invisible stage of diseases. Cancer screening, early detection and early treatment not only have good effect and low cost, but also have less pain and high survival rate.
