Can minors get a health certificate?
Minors can apply for health certificates under certain conditions. According to the provisions of the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Drug Administration Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places, adults engaged in related industries need to have annual health check-ups and obtain health certificates. Although the health certificate itself has no clear age limit, there are certain conditions for minors to apply for a health certificate. For example, minors under the age of 16 may not be able to apply for a health certificate in some cases, because the law of our country prohibits the use of child labor. Special industries need to recruit young workers under the age of 16, and must be approved by the relevant departments, and special protection should be given in terms of working hours and prohibition of engaging in jobs harmful to health. Therefore, it is recommended to consult the local health department or the health certificate handling agency to see if you can get a health certificate.
